I am calling to demand that Deputy Warden Jennifer French visit Leonard McQuay #874304 (Khalfani Malik Khaldun), to ask why he was moved to the mental health unit, and that he be moved to Unit I.
Recently, McQuay has been moved to the mental health unit at New Castle Correctional Facility for no apparent reason. We would like to ask Deputy Warden French to visit McQuay to explain why he was transferred and to move him to Unit I.
We are asking that Deputy Warden French visit McQuay and that he be moved to Unit I immediately!
