In March of 2019, Brother Khalfani Malik Khaldun filed a lawsuit alleging continuous harassment and retaliation on the part of the Indiana Department of Correction and Wabash Valley Correctional Facility, with the intent of provoking a response from him that would allow them to put him back in solitary confinement (he was released to general population recently after doing 20 years in solitary on trumped up charges. Also, Brother Khalfani gave a talk on counter-insurgency and prisoner solidarity in Indiana at the 2019 Bend the Bars Conference in Lansing, Michigan, which you can listen to below.
