Here is James’ testimony:
On Tuesday, July 5th, Sgt. E. Konkle said he received a snitch kite about me which he gave to internal investigations and the same day they came to my cell in J Cell House cell #21-4E and a cell search because they got a snitch kite that said I had contraband in my rectum and a knife on me which later proved to be false and untrue. After my cell was searched and nothing was found and after a full body search in which I had to get naked and squat I/A officers found nothing on me or inside me nor did they find anything illegal in my cell.
They then wrote me up on bogus conduct reports saying that a piece that fell off my cell cabinet was a weapon when it had no sharpened or altered edges nor a handle, they wrote me up for resisting, interfering with staff and refusing a direct order which is the only conduct report that was actually true. During the naked body search I opened my mouth, raised my arms, lifted my ball sack, and turned around and squatted for them twice. They then asked me to spread my ass cheeks to humiliate me, which I refused, so I was taken to the DO Building, which is a dry cell, then to HRU and sat for two days until I finally decided to compromise my manhood and self respect and I finally spread my ass cheeks and no contraband was found so in return they wrote me up on those bogus conduct reports because they were mad and because I had two lawsuits against this facility and Sgt. E. Konkle who harasses me and hates me instructed them to do so.
While I was in HRU for 2 days I ate nothing nor drank anything Because Sgt. E Konkle threatened to poison my food and water and he even threatened to come in my cell, strangle me, and make it look like I hung myself. Officers Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Peters were saying the same things. All of those officers were also saying I was a snitch and was a child molester which is untrue and very dangerous because other inmates didn’t like that or me so they targeted me for assault. All of those officers were creating scenarios to where I could be assaulted or stabbed and they were trying to get me to kill or be killed. All of those officers said I will never make it home and they would make sure I wouldn’t one way or another so they manipulate my classification status and put me in time class 3 and got me fired from my prison job. They also told me to check in and other inmates not to let me get no sleep or they would shake the entire cell house down, so they kicked the doors all night to keep me sleep deprived. I was also threatened with the same threats by I/A or I/I officers Cochoran and Alicia as well.
On July 7th I was allowed out of HRU and was told to go get my property and go back to the same cell house I was housed in and allowed a shower and to be classified as normal status and on July 8th Sgt, E Konkle, Mrs. Carter and Mrs. Peter came back in to work and did not allow me to come out of my cell or shower for the entire bracket they had worked by placing me on Red Tag status. I was let off of Red Tag the following Monday and I’m still being harassed by all of those officers because Sgt. E. Konkle and I/A or I/A officers are telling all officers to write me up for anything even if it’s illegal or false. They all said I will die in here and they’d see to it. Some of my property was missing once I initially checked and I’m still fighting false conduct reports and accusations as I write this letter.
