Today on 6/16/23, is the second time this week I have been denied law library access at Plainfield Correctional Facility? There was no law library on 6/12/23, these cancellation of my access to the law library are becoming intentional, and under these circumstances I cannot meet court deadlines. The only avenue I have to copy and send out legal mail is the law library, no counselors or case work managers pick-up or deliver legal mail, nor make legal copies, so, if I had to get my legal mail to the courts today to meet a court deadline, I would be unable to and would lose my case because I could not respond? The acts are design solely to impede my court access!!! No prisoner should be housed at a prison that refuses to provide them adequate and effective court access!!!
Once again I am being denied access to the law library at Plainfield Correctional Facility. I was not sent a deadline pass for law library today on 7/5/2023, although these prison officials are on notice that I have until July 11, 2023, to file my Reply Briefs with the Indiana Court of appeals in the Isby v. Brown and Carter, et al., case. This move is intentional and calculated by these officials to impede and undermine my effort to file my Briefs and meet this court deadline. Need more pressure applied, because these officials are not recognizing the serious nature of preventing me access to the law library?
