On June 1st we received word from Quentin Abbott, a correspondent incarcerated in the notorious G cell house at Pendleton CF, a disciplinary and administrative segregation unit, that a man named Lionel Russell, from Illinois, had been found dead, hanging in his cell, after seeking mental health treatment and not receiving it for an extended period of time. He was being held in solitary confinement in very high temperatures, and denied access to necessary hygiene supplies. Please listen to the interview with Quentin Abbott below for more details.
