Indiana State Prison in Michigan City just came off a lockdown that lasted 13 days, and there have been rumors circulating about what was going on in the prison that caused the lockdown, and about what went on during the lockdown. We have heard reports that syringes were stolen, and that two inmates died of overdoses. We have also heard that an inmate named Benjamin Lee was murdered by staff during or immediately prior to the lockdown. Prior to the lockdown we heard multiple reports of inmates setting fires in protest of conditions in the prison.
