In this interview Brother Khalfani Malik Khaldun, long-term Indiana political prisoner, discusses the lack of programs that provide inmates with the opportunity for time cuts (sentence reductions) in the DOC, how the DOC has cut back those programs over the course the past 30 years that he has been incarcerated, and the effects in terms of hopelessness and depression of the lack of time-cut programs on the inmate population.
