Vernon Bateman is an innocent man who has been incarcerated in Indiana for close to two decades! The state has refused to examine evidence that would exonerate him. You can read about his case here, and watch an interview with him here.
Tomorrow morning, December 16, 2019, Vernon will go before the Indiana Parole Board with a chance to be released on parole. His family has asked that the public attend the hearing and/or send letters of support to the Parole Board. Here are the details:
