IDOC Watch inside comrade James Phillips, #106333, was recently transferred from the Westville Control Unit (WCU) to Pendleton Correctional Facility. He has been at Pendleton for over three weeks now, and has yet to receive his property or even a form detailing what property the facility and DOC have not yet returned to him. He has almost no clothing, and nothing else. Please call the Indiana Department of Correction Commissioner’s office and demand that they ensure that Mr. Phillips’ property is returned immediately!
